Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept online returns within 14 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items must be received undamaged or in unused condition and ideally in their original packaging and no tags removed.

To initiate a refund please email feelingsneutralbydk@gmail.com and confirm the item you wish to return and your reason for return. Please await our confirmation email before returning any items.

The item must be in a sale able and unused condition. You have a duty of care and if we receive an item that is damaged or worn in any way then we cannot process a full refund.

Please send all returns to:- Feelings Neutral by DK, PO BOX 7962, Bury, BL9 5DN.

Feelings Neutral do not take any responsibility for any returns postage and any loss or damage to the products. Please ensure you return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature once we receive the returned item(s) we endeavor to process the refund within 48 hours and refunds to be with you within 10 business days.

Please note refunds will not include the original postage and packaging fees. Upon receiving your return we will send an email to confirm you refund has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

If you should receive an item which is faulty or damaged then we will be happy to offer a replacement. We can also offer to exchange an item if you require an alternative size, if the size requested is not available then we can offer a refund or an exchange for a different item of the same price.
